Every Company registered under Companies Act 2013 have to to file their revenue returns with the Registrar of Companies yearly.

To complete the ROC Annual Filing, the following things have to be completed:

ADT-1	Appointment of Auditor
AOC-4	Filing of Annual Accounts
AOC-4 XBRL	Filing of Annual Accounts in XBRL mode.
MGT 7 & 8	Filing of Annual Return along with List of shareholders 7 List of Debunture holders
CRA-4	Filing of Cost audit report (XML Document)
MGT-14	Filing of Board resolution with MCA

The intimation about board meeting should be sent to all board members before 7 days. They should acknowledge it back.
Consolidated Annual financial statement of the company shall be signed by Chairman of the board and Company secretary of the company (As per the Section 134 of the Companies Act 2013)
21 Days Notice should be given for Annual General Meeting to all the members and Auditors through physical and electronical mode. (As per section 101 of the Companies Act 2013)
